Best note-taking app for iPad?

I just got a brand new 64G 3G iPad, and I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on which note-taking apps are best for the iPad? (As in taking notes in class)

Besides obviously being able to type out and organize notes into different bullets / sub bullets / categories / pages, etc. I'd also really like if I had an app where I could draw diagrams and such on my notes to supplement them. Which app do you think would be the best for this and why?
